Routes affected by the holiday schedule: Put your garbage to the road the night before your regular scheduled day. Our employees usually start at 5am to make sure that we can get everyone that week. If it is not to the road when the drivers come through your area, there is no guarantee that your container will be emptied.
Inclement Weather Policy
We will run on normal schedule whenever possible. Occasionally, weather conditions do not allow us to run safely. In the event of bad weather conditions that prevent us from getting you on your normally scheduled day, leave your can to the road and you will be gotten as soon as possible. If it is an extended period without service, we will take everything you have out. As we still take everything you have, just in fewer trips, we are unable to offer a refund for missed days.
